Job Description

You’ll be part of our friendly, positive and supportive team delivering great food to our residents at Ardath Care Home.
Your role will include:
- Being part of a team providing great food that residents look forward to
- Being aware of and complying with all regulations concerning hygiene, allergens, health and safety of staff, food and equipment and kitchen practices
- Supervising kitchen General Assistants, ensuring their allocated duties are carried out
- Making sure the kitchen is kept clean and that kitchen stock is secure.
- Ensuring a high standard of service to our residents and being able to adjust routines to meet their needs wherever possible
- Gaining feedback from residents to plan future menus
Candidate Requirements
City and Guilds 706/1/2 in Catering Management or equivalent qualification or at least 2 years' relevant experience in related field.
